Location: Nashville - (Hybrid)
Status: Part Time
Hours: 24/week Flexible Schedule (Schedule examples:
Mon/Wed (virtual)/Fri, 8 hr. days, Tues/Wed (virtual) 10 hours, Fri 4 hr.)

SummaryThe Alive Hospice Grief Counselor provides grief counseling and bereavement support services to hospice patients, their families and the community at large.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEducation and/or Experience
Master's degree from an accredited School of Social Work or related field (i.e. counseling, psychology, etc). Minimum of one year of experience conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy in a mental health or counseling setting; supervised internship or practicum experience will be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current license in the State of Tennessee as an L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., L.P.C., L.P.C./M.H.S.P., or L.M.F.T. preferred. Candidates who are pre-licensed and currently under an approved supervision plan to meet licensure requirements will also be considered. If required to drive to carry out the duties of this position: must maintain a current driver s license and automobile insurance as required by Tennessee State Law
