Overview

Golden Years LLC is seeking devoted, compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our growing team. You must have caregiving experience. If you're a CNA, PCA, or have caregiver experience and are ready to work, come join our team. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities of living including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and pet care, among other duties, under the company’s policies.

Place of Employment:
Client homes, work sites outside of the client home as required, and other work sites as required by Golden Years management. Accountable to Golden Years Director, Administrator, Manager, Supervisor or Nurse-in-Charge.

The Caregiver role is a front line position representing Golden Years and delivering services offered by the company. The duties are broad and may vary by client, and the caregiver will often work independently with good judgment and initiative in alignment with company policies.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and pet care.
• Work independently or with others as required, following the plan of care and company policies.
• Engage clients in activities to support physical activity, mental stimulation, nutrition, and overall well-being.
• Maintain client safety and dignity while providing compassionate care.

• 1 Year of Caregiving Experience (Preferred)
• Current Driving License
• Current TB Test
• CPR/First Aid
• Proof Of Auto Insurance
• Clean Background Check
• Drug Free

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
• Negative TB (Required)

This position may require various shifts at various times (including nights, weekends, and sleep-over) in one or more work sites. Available shifts include: 8am-4pm, 4pm-9pm, 7am-7pm. PRN/On Call.

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
