Results Physiotherapy – Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN

Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. This entry-level office role supports clinic operations, ensuring a pleasant and consistent daily environment for patients and staff.

What is a Patient Care Coordinator?
  • Responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic.
  • Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
  • Multitasks across multiple computer programs each day.
A Day in the Life
  • Greets everyone entering the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Schedules new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices.
  • Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
  • Collects patient payments.
  • Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Collect all money due at the time of service.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations.
  • Schedule patient visits.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Make all welcome calls.
  • Manage schedule efficiently.
  • Manage document routing, personal overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and clinic inventory.
  • Assist with training and compliance.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, manage organization details, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time‑management and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Work in standard indoor environmental conditions.
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week; may require occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Primarily sedentary, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (0–20 lbs).
  • Frequent use of computer, phone, keyboard, mouse, and copy machines.
  • Repetitive typing motions and screen focus required.
