Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. This entry-level office role supports clinic operations, ensuring a pleasant and consistent daily environment for patients and staff.
What is a Patient Care Coordinator?- Responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic.
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
- Multitasks across multiple computer programs each day.
- Greets everyone entering the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Schedules new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices.
- Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
- Collects patient payments.
- Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Collect all money due at the time of service.
- Convert referrals into evaluations.
- Schedule patient visits.
- Provide customer service.
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Make all welcome calls.
- Manage schedule efficiently.
- Manage document routing, personal overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and clinic inventory.
- Assist with training and compliance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
- Ability to multitask, manage organization details, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
- Efficient time‑management and presentation skills.
- Work in standard indoor environmental conditions.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week; may require occasional evening or weekend events.
- Primarily sedentary, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (0–20 lbs).
- Frequent use of computer, phone, keyboard, mouse, and copy machines.
- Repetitive typing motions and screen focus required.
