Private Duty HHA

• Provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable clients to remain in their own home.
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the Agency Director or account manager; notify immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting.
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to client personal care.

• Minimum of six months experience in home care preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patient needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of demographic factors.
• Able to work independently and multi‑task with good time management.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Disposition to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people while maintaining confidentiality.
• Commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.
• Adaptability to changing organizational needs.
