Our professional Caregivers provide safety, comfort, and companionship for the elderly and adults who need support. We do more than make a meal or help with mobility; we establish meaningful relationships built on trust and respect.

Our daytime clients live in Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Old Hickory, and Mt. Juliet areas of Middle TN. Shifts are typically from 7am to 7pm, with availability from Monday to Sunday, both full-time and part-time options.

As a Caregiver with First Light, you'll enrich your clients' lives by helping them have their best day, every day. Your goal is to improve their quality of life by making daily activities easier, bringing them joy, and helping them feel encouraged, involved, and valued.

What You'll Do

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients
• Prepare snacks and meals
• Encourage light exercise
• Assist with basic housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
