The Health Navigator coordinates with hospital systems and other community partners to form professional relationships and reduce barriers for potential clients. The Health Navigator engages these outside agencies and facilities to reach individuals who are difficult to access and promote new membership. The Health Navigator contacts potential Tennessee Health Link (THL) clients and educates them on how the service could address their unique needs.

• Competitive pay $18.27 per hour

• Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Child & Family Studies or Human Development) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Experience working in the healthcare industry. Background in marketing, sales, or public relations is a plus.
