Transportation Driver

Tuesdays & Thursdays (8–10 hours/week)

The Lodge at Natchez Trace – Assisted Living & Memory Care

The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a warm and welcoming assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver to support our residents on a part‑time basis (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8–10 hours per week).

This role is essential in helping residents maintain independence, attend appointments, participate in activities, and stay connected to the world around them. If you have a friendly personality, a clean driving record, and a heart for serving seniors, we would love to meet you!

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, community outings, and resident programs
• Provide support and companionship during transport, including assistance with mobility, entering/exiting the vehicle, and carrying personal items
• Ensure the community vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and operated according to safety guidelines
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and community policies
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Assist staff or residents as needed and perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of professional or caregiving‑related driving experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and required screenings
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to assist residents safely and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working with seniors, including those with mobility needs or memory‑related conditions
