Position Overview
Manage successful implementation of Health Stream's software products. Analyze existing and future-state business needs to design project schedules and implementation plans to exceed client expectations. Ensure resolution of project issues related to successful implementation. Maintain project documentation for key stakeholders, Implementation Specialists, project team members, and client resources including meeting minutes, project schedules, status updates, and acceptance documentation.

• Adhere to all Health Stream security policies, procedures, and training.
• Develop implementation project plans and scope of work for each project.
• Manage software implementation projects and resources to ensure a smooth transition with multiple clients; review commitments for technical services, training, and project management against contractual obligations.
• Understand and identify software functionality to support client objectives.
• Coordinate all technical services including data transfer and installation between client and Health Stream.
• Review hardware recommendations and coordinate software installation processes.
• Proactively escalate time delays or resource needs beyond contractual commitments.
• Ensure an effective training program is planned and executed.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation; communicate status and concerns to managers, stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams.
• Perform related duties to support client service goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• PMP certification a plus
• 2+ years of experience leading software implementation projects; healthcare experience desirable
• Experience with Microsoft programs (MS Project, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Experience with web conferencing software

• Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000. Compensation determined by experience and qualifications; commensurate with skills and performance.
