Provides management oversight of multiple complex modalities. The main focus of this job is to identify, obtain and apply necessary resources such as manpower, equipment, methods, systems, and money to achieve the modality goals, that roll up to support the department goal.
Key Responsibilities- Establishes budgets and identifies resources needed to achieve unit and department goals.
- Ensures patient and staffing schedules are within budget and are optimized so that quality and timely care is delivered.
- Identifies and leads complex projects and protocol development involving exam safety, quality and/or timeliness.
- Ensures modalities meet all local, state, federal or other certifying entity requirements.

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Radiology (Advanced):
Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in applying radiology services in challenging and complex situations. Often takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results. Consistently delivers results in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. Contributes in the development of best practices for the organization. - Leadership (Intermediate):
Motivates and inspires others to perform at a high level. Puts aside personal needs and considerations for the good of the team.
