Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDay shift, typically Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at an advanced inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This facility specializes in the recovery of individuals dealing with severe injuries or illnesses through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients on their rehabilitation journey.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of patients.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Must have at least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- BLS certification required.
