Failure to obtain licensure by October 1st will result in termination from the residency program and termination from employment at VUMC, unless licensure is anticipated within 120 days after the program start date.
A final written warning will be issued to the resident if not fully licensed within the resident's first 90 days of employment. Verification of licensure occurs in accordance with VUMC policy (Pharmacy Policy - Pharmacy Residency Program Standards v.6 ()).
