The Nail Technician is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

• Work as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Set up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely manner.
• Clean, sanitize, and set up the nail stations according to procedures.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Use professional stock in compliance with the PAR levels to reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures are always followed.
• Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after every service.
• Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales.

• Minimum 1‑year experience in nail therapy in an upscale salon or spa setting strongly preferred.
• Current State of Tennessee Nail Technician License.
• Capable of providing all phases of nail care (spa manicures, spa pedicures, paraffin treatments, French upgrade on hands and toes, and specializing in natural nails).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Committed to exceeding customer expectations with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure, managing back‑to‑back appointments in a high‑volume environment.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Require repetitive motion, including telephone/computer use for extended periods.
• Obtain a State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit before hire date.
