Client Relationship Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support our Financial Services client in Nashville, TN. If you enjoy client interaction, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong mix of service, operations, and financial oversight.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and build strong working relationships
• Manage day to day financial operations such as reviewing transactions, maintaining organized records, and preparing clean financial reports
• Troubleshoot client issues, handle escalations, and provide clear guidance on next steps
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolution of operational questions
• Share process feedback to help improve tools, automation, and internal efficiency
• Support and mentor newer team members as needed

• 4 to 7 years of experience in client service, finance, accounting, consulting, or business operations
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and high-volume workloads with accuracy and organization
• Confident decision-making skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while handling sensitive client information
