Staff Accountant

I am seeking a Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing healthcare services organization's expanding finance team in Nashville. • Perform accounting and financial reporting for assigned operating entities/practices
• Assist with month-end close
  , journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and operating reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights into financial performance
• Assist with audit support and compliance requirements
• Help identify process improvements as the organization scales

• 0–4+ years of accounting experience
• Background in Big4 or large regional public accounting strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA track preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
