Connect Health Staff is a rapidly growing Locum Tenens staffing company supporting physicians, advanced practice providers, and our healthcare partners, nationwide.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice & Expense Analyst to support our finance and operations teams. This role is critical in ensuring accurate expense tracking, invoice submission, and timely collection of outstanding payments.
Location:
Remote but may require infrequent office visits in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track provider expenses to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
- Submit expense invoices and corrections to clients in a timely manner
- Coordinate closely with the travel and operations teams to track outstanding expenses
- Review and correct expense invoices for accuracy, documentation, and client requirements
- Prepare and submit expense exceptions to clients when required
- Submit client invoices according to contractual billing guidelines
- Track and follow up on aged invoices and outstanding payments
- Enter provider placements and pay data into payroll systems and registries
- Assist with payroll-related system inputs as needed
- Perform ad hoc administrative, operations, and finance support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, expense management, payroll support, or finance operations
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Healthcare staffing or professional services experience strongly preferred but not required
Skills and Competencies
- Expense reconciliation and invoice processing
- Basic payroll and financial data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- Remote position, hiring in the Nashville, TN area
