Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

With over 30 years of industry expertise and a core team that has produced over 300 influential projects, 10L has a proven history of excellence and innovation in entertainment production and development.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Nashville, TN. The CFO will lead financial strategy, oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. They will collaborate with executive leadership to manage budgets, analyze financial risks and opportunities, and provide insightful recommendations to guide the company’s growth and long-term success.

Additionally, the CFO will oversee financial statements and reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial operations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Financial Planning accompanied by strong Analytical Skills
  • Deep knowledge of Entertainment Company Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Finance, with the ability to interpret and manage complex financial data
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within executive teams and lead financial departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
    Master’s degree or CPA preferred
  • 15 years experience in a similar role in the media, entertainment, or production industry is necessary
  • Must have experience in preparing royalty statements with a knowledge of distribution contracts and publishing royalties
