Indirect Tax Compliance - Contractor

• This role will handle sales and use tax compliance, and the preparation of monthly sales tax returns, which involves taking information from various data sources, processing through internal software.
• Preparing and validating a high volume of sales tax returns
• Analyze data sets of varying degrees of complexity and troubleshoot inconsistencies using various processing documentation and methodologies.
• Leverage our internally developed processing software containing various exception points where a user will have to problem solve and perform some level of analysis and critical thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but will also consider finance, business, and economics
• Possess excellent communication skills with sharp attention to detail
• Must be able to work with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times

This position pays $23 per hour for all contractors, this rate is fixed and non‑negotiable.
