As a Tax Manager in our Dealership Tax Services group, you will play a key leadership role in providing comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the retail automotive industry.

• Conduct and oversee tax research to support client positions and identify planning opportunities
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal engagement teams to address a broad range of tax matters
• Manage and review tax compliance and planning processes, ensuring accurate tax calculations, effective implementation of tax strategies, and strong client relationships
• Lead, train, and mentor interns and staff, fostering professional growth within a collaborative and high‑performing team environment
• Coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously, maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting critical deadlines
• Support firm initiatives by contributing to client development, process improvements, and the delivery of an exceptional client experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s in Taxation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or a corporate/public mix
• Big Four or large regional CPA firm experience strongly preferred
• Active CPA license required
• Experience serving automotive dealerships or clients in the dealership industry preferred
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
• Proven leadership and project management experience, including overseeing client service teams and managing multiple engagements in a fast‑paced
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and long‑term relationship building
