Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually
Position OverviewAn expanding multi-entity organization is seeking a detail-focused Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations within the Accounting/Treasury function. This role will oversee payment processing, cash activity monitoring, and corporate card reconciliation while contributing to broader treasury controls and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily outgoing payments while ensuring accuracy and internal control compliance.
- Monitor cash positions and complete daily cash reconciliations.
- Review, verify, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Assist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity oversight.
- Support month-end close activities related to treasury accounts.
- Maintain banking platforms, electronic transfer processes, and related documentation.
- Prepare routine treasury reports and support ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance leaders to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
- Document workflows and assist with enhancements to treasury procedures.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a strong foundation gained through entry-level accounting/finance work.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively across several business entities.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CTP.
- Experience in treasury, cash management, or multi-entity environments.
- Background in shared-services operations.
- Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually
- Bonus: Eligibility for performance-based bonus targeting 5%
