Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner to the US Non Sort (USNS) Supply Chain team. Amazon operates the most complex retail networks in the world, delivering billions of packages to hundreds of millions of homes and businesses annually. We have nearly doubled the size of our fulfillment network over the last two years.

This role focuses on the inputs, requires ownership, and operates with a Day One mindset. Our USNS Finance team partners across Operations and Program teams to support a rapidly expanding business while building a connected network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, sort centers, vans, box trucks, and technology to deliver customers’ packages on time — often next day, sometimes faster.

• The US Non Sort Finance team seeks a Finance professional to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across US Non Sort. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.
• Oversee and influence business owners, support thoughtful decision‑making, and adapt to a rapidly‑evolving environment.
• Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon.
• Deliver clear and effective verbal and written communication; prioritize the most impactful projects and programs that will drive the US Non Sort business forward.

This role will partner closely with a broad range of leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. The role plays a critical part as a financial advocate and business partner, designing, developing, and maintaining performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.

While posted in Bellevue, the location is flexible, and can also sit in Dallas (DFW
20) or Nashville (BNA
12).

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

• 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
