• Administer and maintain loan accounts post-purchase with accurate setup, servicing, and balance reconciliation
• Support loan boarding processes including data validation and reconciliation to purchase agreements
• Perform loan ?le audits and quality control reviews for compliance with standards
• Coordinate loan funding, sales, payoffs, and account closures with regulatory compliance
• Execute reconciliations and reporting for data integrity and ?nancial reporting
• Focus on accuracy and documentation
• Utilize excellent written/verbal skills for documenting and explaining ?ndings
• Actively use critical thinking to identify exceptions and coordinate resolution and problem solve

• 1-3 years banking experience in Loan Operations, Accounting, or Servicing
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel pro?ciency; adaptable to new systems
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally
• Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience
