This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Nashville, TN, with a salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 per year.

• Operate your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types.
• Option to add team members or work independently.
• Licensed in 28 states and expanding.
• Support with administrative, operational, and compliance tasks provided by the corporate team.

• Proven success in developing referral partnerships with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing.
• Consistently close 3-5 units per month.

• Active NMLS/MLO license.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate complex financial data.
• Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
