Financial Analyst III - Innovative Engines and Energy Company
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and driven professional to join our team as a Collections Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring financial health by managing account receivables, reducing delinquencies, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients with past‑due accounts, applying both analytical skills and interpersonal expertise to bring accounts current while maintaining a positive customer experience.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, using the most effective communication methods to resolve overdue accounts.
- Own a dedicated portfolio of accounts, performing thorough root‑cause analysis of payment delays and providing solutions to address issues.
- Implement escalation processes for non‑responsive or problematic accounts, tailoring your approach to the situation at hand.
- Leverage advanced tools, technology, and reporting systems to streamline workflow and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to create partnerships that accelerate resolution of outstanding balances.
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable responsibilities with accountability for outcomes.
- High School Diploma required; further education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields strongly preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with accounting/AP practices; basic to intermediate financial knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and a high attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency, time management, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, with an expected 8‑hour workday. Start times may be flexible between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on the region covered. The maximum pay rate for this position is $25/hour

A college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience—is required. Certifications or advanced training in collections or financial management are a plus.
