Financial Analyst — Entry-Level Opportunity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Type: On-site | Full-time | Exempt

About The Role

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Analyst
. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in financial reporting, data interpretation, and business analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership to deliver insights that shape key financial decisions, develop reports that reveal performance trends, and refine tools that help track business success.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to uncover trends and support business planning.
  • Prepare clear, visually engaging reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Assist with variance analysis and forecasting of revenue and expenses.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and support process improvements.
  • Support month‑end and quarterly reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Up to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (internships or analyst roles preferred).
  • Technical

    Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
    • Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with financial reporting, accounting principles, and basic economic concepts.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
