They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic growth. Salary up to $90,000 plus bonus and is on-site in Nashville. This is a permanent direct hire with great benefits and growth.
Overview Of The Financial Analyst Role- The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
