The role focuses on Quality of Earnings work and financial modeling within the transaction services space.
Key Responsibilities:- Support buy-side and sell-side diligence projects
- Build financial models and analyze trends, QoE, working capital, and risks
- Conduct management interviews with target companies
- Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
- 18+ months at a Big Four firm or 2+ years at a national firm
- Strong GAAP/technical accounting knowledge
- Financial modeling and Excel proficiency
Hybrid schedule (4 days in office).
