• Provide a range of valuation advisory services to the alternative investment community including private equity, hedge funds, business development companies, pensions and endowments.
• Design financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, transaction, and option pricing analyses.
• Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies using accepted approaches and theory.
• Interview clients, including face‑to‑face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to engagements.
• Build and maintain client relationships with management.
• Report and present analyses and conclusions in written reports.
• Attend industry events to broaden knowledge and experience within the alternative asset industry.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or an MBA from an accredited college or university.
• Graduation date between December 2025 and September 2026.
• GPA of 3.2.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
• Consensus‑driven, team‑focused with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Open to change, attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow with focus on quality work.
• Risk tolerant and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
