This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, verifying applicant documentation for completeness and accuracy, communicating with clients to obtain required information, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, the Mortgage Processor will collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to resolve issues and ensure timely loan approval and closing.
Qualifications- Proficiency in reviewing and processing loan applications, including attention to detail and completeness
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance standards and financial regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple files and deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
- Experience with financial software and loan processing systems is preferred
- Previous experience in loan processing or a related field is strongly recommended
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
