As the Regional
Head of Healthcare Finance
, you will oversee all aspects of the finance department, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability, supporting strategic decision‑making, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

• Financial Oversight: Manage and safeguard the hospitals investments while ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial reports, audits, and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory standards and ensure adherence to financial, billing, and reporting procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement systems that enhance financial integrity and support long‑term growth.
• Decision Support: Guide the implementation and ongoing operation of decision support systems.
• Audit Readiness: Plan and prepare for year‑end audits by public accounting firms and third‑party auditors.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing finance team to achieve operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required)
• Education: Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Preferred)
• Certification: CPA (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of for‑profit hospital experience
• Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high‑stress environment
