As the Regional
Head of Healthcare Finance
, you will oversee all aspects of the finance department, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability, supporting strategic decision‑making, and enhancing overall organizational performance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage and safeguard the hospitals investments while ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial reports, audits, and budgets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory standards and ensure adherence to financial, billing, and reporting procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement systems that enhance financial integrity and support long‑term growth.
- Decision Support: Guide the implementation and ongoing operation of decision support systems.
- Audit Readiness: Plan and prepare for year‑end audits by public accounting firms and third‑party auditors.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required)
- Education: Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Preferred)
- Certification: CPA (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of for‑profit hospital experience
- Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high‑stress environment
