The Senior Financial Analyst is crucial for the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes and shapes the financial future of a publicly traded company. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, performance tracking, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing compliance and standards.

Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against goals, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and business plans
- Work closely with various departments, including accounting, operations, and executive leadership, to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy in financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license, a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a publicly traded company
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and Oracle
