SHR Talent is partnering with a well-recognized, publicly traded client in Nashville, TN in its search for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst is crucial for the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes and shapes the financial future of a publicly traded company. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, performance tracking, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing compliance and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against goals, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and business plans
  • Work closely with various departments, including accounting, operations, and executive leadership, to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy in financial reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license, a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a publicly traded company
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and Oracle
