Location: Gallatin, TN (Just 25 miles from Nashville)

Reports to: Market CFO

Salary: $130,000 $ 160,000 + Sign-On Bonus & Partial Relocation

We are seeking a Market Assistant CFO to join a collaborative healthcare leadership team in Gallatin, TN
, located just outside the Nashville metro area
. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in hospital operations and multi-site financial leadership who are ready to take on high-level responsibilities in a thriving health system.

As Market Assistant CFO, you will direct financial operations across multiple facilities within the region, ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

• Oversee day-to-day market finance operations for several hospitals and outpatient facilities
• Partner with the Market CFO to align financial strategy and reporting with organizational goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple service lines
• Supervise and develop finance staff across sites
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Act as a strategic advisor to hospital leadership on financial decisions and performance improvement

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of for-profit hospital finance experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare finance leadership role
• Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience managing financials across multiple hospital or healthcare locations
