Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional event experiences. As Event Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of various events, from corporate gatherings to community festivals and private celebrations. Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with registration and guest services, and ensuring that event operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, decorations, and equipment.
  • Welcome guests and conduct registration services, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests during events.
  • Monitor event schedules and timelines to ensure all activities occur as planned.
  • Assist with the coordination of catering services, including meal setup and ensuring cleanliness during food service.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or event management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in event staffing or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies as needed for event setups.
