The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Stadium Events team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization.
In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 1, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Event Managers with planning and execution of football games, concerts, and non-game-day internal events.
- Create event documentation including diagrams, event outlines, and staffing plans for non-game-day internal events.
- Help prepare event timelines, load-in schedules, and event day checklists.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown of spaces.
- Help coordinate deliveries, storage, and inventory of event materials.
- Support crowd flow, signage placement, and way finding.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Assist with miscellaneous stadium event office tasks.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, live-event environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, VIPs, sponsors, and guests
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office required. Experience with in event management software preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment (as required)
- This is an in-person role located at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN
