The company has already completed several high-profile projects and is entering an aggressive growth phase, with multiple major productions and distribution initiatives scheduled throughout 2026 and beyond.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer / President to lead the studio’s operational, strategic, and commercial growth. This executive will work closely with the Founder/CEO to scale the company, oversee business operations, and drive distribution, partnerships, and revenue strategy across film, television, and music platforms.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven executive who understands how to operate at the highest levels of entertainment, content, and distribution.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and financial discipline
- Lead and negotiate film, television, and music-related distribution deals across theatrical, streaming, broadcast, and international markets
- Develop and execute long-term business strategy aligned with the company’s creative vision
- Manage relationships with distributors, networks, streamers, labels, financiers, and strategic partners
- Oversee production operations, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Build and manage senior teams across production, business affairs, finance, and operations
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to industry-leading standards
- 20+ years of senior-level leadership experience in film, television, and/or the music industry
- Proven experience negotiating and executing distribution deals (film, TV, streaming, or music-related content)
- Deep understanding of the independent production landscape and premium documentary/live music content
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic leadership skills
- Established industry relationships across film, television, streaming platforms, and music
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a growing company
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN
