Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, 19 premier bowling lanes, 4 bars and comfort food by acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group.
The Role:
Lane Technician must exhibit excellent guest service while ensuring maintenance of the lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency .
Starting at $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all bowling-related equipment
- Maintain and clean physical bowling lanes as well as preventative maintenance
- Maintain stock and requisition supplies for bowling equipment
- Inventory bowling-related supplies (i.e. balls, spare pins, cleaning supplies) on a scheduled basis
- Maintain computer system(s) administration for bowling
- Maintain a safe and functional bowling experience
- Maintain great relationship with guest
- Keep detailed records of parts, costs, and mechanical performance
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as directed
- Assist management in initiating smooth and efficient operations
- Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience
- Assist guest with entering names and making scoring changes
Required:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work later hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work closely and efficiently with others
- Performing reaching and stooping motions repeatedly
- Move throughout venue areas during the entire shift
- Work in an environment with loud music, smoke and crowds for extended periods of time
- Stand or in a stationary position for entire shift
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
- Experience in a live music environment
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferred
- Positive, friendly attitude
