Overview
Management Coordinator
CSM Management is a Nashville and Los Angeles based artist management company representing a well-established roster of artists. We are seeking a Management Coordinator to support our Nashville-based management team. This is an in-office role ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a strong interest in and understanding of the music business.
Responsibilities- Act as key point of contact for artist managers - checking in daily, handling requests in a timely manner, filtering information, providing updates on current projects, and leading weekly team-wide meetings for assigned managers to keep artist projects on track
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members, including booking agents, touring team, digital team, merchandise companies, record labels and distributors, publicists, business managers, lawyers, brand partners, etc.
- Manage artist schedules and deliverables across all projects in conjunction with artist teams, such as album releases, global tours, brand partnerships, etc., including but not limited to:
- Liaising with touring + marketing teams on tour planning, asset development, announce/on sale rollout, promotional partners, VIP programs, and guest lists
- Collaborating with record label teams on new and catalogue release campaigns, including paperwork, artwork, album credits, content shoots, and marketing strategy
- Overseeing merchandise company across product development, e-commerce, and tour merchandise programs
- Coordinating with publicist and artist on all press scheduling needs
- Work with digital teams to execute marketing initiatives and optimize artist’s online presence, utilizing metrics to inform strategy and providing hands on assistance with social media ideation and posting as needed; ensure all fan-facing platforms and social profiles remain accurate and up to date
- Attend and assist with artist events; open to travel as needed
- Handle general administrative duties, including maintaining files and databases, executing and tracking contracts, tracking budgets, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and calls, arranging travel, and managing correspondence
- 2–3 years of experience in artist management, day-to-day management, or within the music industry (label, agency, etc.)
- College degree preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, highly motivated, and collaborative team player
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Dropbox
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Facebook, You Tube, etc.); interest in social media marketing is a plus
- Photo/video editing or graphic design experience (e.g., Canva) is a plus
