Our work supports a wide range of clients — from small businesses and startups to well‑known names in the music, fashion, and entertainment industries. Whether it’s a storefront, a tour backdrop, or a custom installation, our team makes it happen behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, answer phone/email inquiries
- Guide customers through sign options and gather project details
- Prepare quotes, process payments, and manage order approvals
- Coordinate with our in‑house design and production teams
- Occasionally assist with local deliveries or site surveys
- Keep the front of house organized and professional
- Support light marketing and administrative tasks
- Are detail‑oriented, professional, and great with people
- Can multitask and manage multiple orders at once
- Are comfortable using macOS (and occasionally Windows), and confident learning new software (experience with Quick Books is a plus)
- Have strong grammar, spelling, and written communication
- Love variety and want to grow your skills in a creative industry
- Consistent Mon–Fri schedule, 9AM–4PM (35 hours/week), giving you your evenings and weekends free!
- Healthcare plans with $200/month employer reimbursement (eligible after 90 days, with increases based on length of employment)
