Hey everyone 👋 We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to join our team here in Nashville, TN!

This is a full-time, on‑site role, perfect for someone who’s organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go‑to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork. 🛠️📞

• Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC technicians
• Dispatch jobs quickly and efficiently
• Chat with customers and keep them updated
• Help with record‑keeping and parts/equipment needs
• Work closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on track

• Stays cool under pressure and loves multitasking
• Has great communication and people skills
• Knows their way around scheduling software (Service Titan or Field Edge is a bonus!)
• Has some basic knowledge of HVAC & plumbing (not required but super helpful)
• Brings a positive attitude every day 🙌
