What You'll Do
* Manage multiple quality improvement projects using Six Sigma, DOE, and PPU techniques
* Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
* Evaluate trend data on repeat issues and improve CAPAs
* Manage Document Control System ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
* Collaborate with customers and engineering to review manufacturability and recommend specifications
What You Need
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Metallurgy required
* 3+ years quality experience in manufacturing industry
* Structured problem-solving experience (A3, 8D, RCCA/CAPA)
* Experience with Capability Studies, MSA/GR&R, and Calibration Systems
* Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills
