Job SummaryThe Project Manager, Design is responsible for overseeing engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control for capital projects requiring architectural and engineering capability.
Relocation Reimbursement Assistance for Eligible Candidates Minimum Starting Salary$93,403 – $160,755 (final salary offer will be based on relevant skills and experience to the position).

- Oversee engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Review and be familiar with project plan drawings and specifications.
- Schedule and conduct design progress meetings.
- Coordinate activities with outside agencies to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with end‑users to ensure required functions of projects are accurate.
- Ensure projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget.
- Review requested modifications to facilities.
- Perform periodic site observations and provide findings. Limited travel between MNAA properties.
- Follow all safety regulations.
- Maintain regular and on‑time attendance.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Building and Construction:
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. - Construction Practices:
Knowledge of construction practices, specifications and plans, and site development. - Computer Use:
Skill in using a personal computer, the internet, and other software to perform job‑related functions. - Data Entry and Retrieval:
Skill in quickly and accurately entering data into and retrieving data from computer applications. - Data Processing:
Skill in interpreting, defining, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources. - Reporting:
Skill in preparing and producing timely and accurate oral and written reports. - Supervision of Personnel:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in related field
- Valid Class D driver’s license
- License/Certification:
Professional Engineer or American Institute of Architects Member
- 7-10 years of experience in related field
- Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) certified member
