You will :

Lead activity in EMEA plants related to new material/ process technologies implementation in mixing & material preparation areas mainly related to carcass materials

Cooperate with material/ tire development and manufacturing during design and validation of materials and process technologies mainly related to carcass materials

• New process, new materials and new tire construction feasibility study in manufacturing plants (PSR and T )
• Definition of process requirements or process upgrades in mixing and material preparation (PSR and T )
• Cooperation with engineering function in definition of machinery specification and machine and process qualification
• Cooperate in new Compounds formulae definition for optimization of performance and processability / productivity balance (PSR and T )
• Release of new processes and new materials technologies in mass production
• Quality optimization (variability reduction) and troubleshooting in mixing and material preparation areas

Previous experience in rubber field is nice to have

• Relevant knowledge of macromolecular chemistry
• Relevant knowledge of rheology
• Relevant knowledge of rubber materials
• Basic knowledge of rubber processing
• Basic knowledge of tire performance
• Very good MS Office package knowledge

• Fluency in English
• Spanish is a nice to have

• Problem solving
• Working under pressure
• Willing to accept challenges
