Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer to find a full-time Senior Automation Engineer in Nashville, TN!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assess processes and propose scalable automation solutions for manufacturing plant(s)
Design, implement, and optimize automation systems.
Lead and manage automation and system integration projects from concept through implementation.
Maintain documentation, training, and process standards.
Monitor performance metrics and support process improvement projects.
Stay current with PLC/SCADA systems, robotics, and other automation technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
6+ years of experience in an Automation Engineering role, leading process automation projects in manufacturing or industrial settings
Hands‑on knowledge of PLC/SCADA, robotics, and industrial control systems.
Ability to travel as needed.

Base salary in the $120k-135k range
