Engineering Manager - Electronics

• Lead the design and development of electronic hardware for automotive applications.
• Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers in schematic design, PCB layout, circuit analysis, and validation.
• Define scalable, reusable hardware platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive robust design reviews and ensure compliance with EMC, ESD, environmental, and safety standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Systems, Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Validation teams.
• Oversee supplier development projects and support component qualification and PPAP.
• Promote standardization and reuse of electrical designs across programs.

What you'll need to be successful:

Essential:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in electronics product development, including 1-3 years in leadership.
• Expertise in analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontroller-based systems.
• Proficiency in Altium and engineering program management tools like Jira.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of automotive electronics, sensors, and control systems.
• Passion for automotive and powertrain systems.
• Familiarity with Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) fundamentals and Engine Management Systems.
