LOCATION
  • Travel - less than 10%
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Inspect facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
  • Own all EHS regulatory reporting, permits, and recordkeeping requirements
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve company‑wide health and safety programs
  • Lead accident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Deliver safety training and retraining to employees to promote a strong safety culture
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and EHS‑related inquiries
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 3+ years of EHS experience in chemical or coatings manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • Hands‑on experience in chemical manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirement
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in technically driven environment
  • Background in a high‑performing manufacturing facility with strong operational discipline
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and auditing EHS documentation and training programs
  • ISO 45001/14001 and familiarity with REACH/CLP regulations are a plus
