• Provide strong leadership, fostering innovation and collaboration within the manufacturing engineering team
• Continuously assess and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards
• Effectively manage the departmental budget for productivity and cost control
• Collaborate with other teams to drive product development and process improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, incorporating advancements into our processes
• Recruit, train, and mentor engineering staff to foster their professional growth
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven track record in leadership and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
