Substation Engineering

• Drive development and implementation of a quality program within the business class to foster physical design technical growth for junior engineers.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide technical career path encouragement.
• Develop and maintain technical practices, standards and expectations to accomplish market sector visions and solve client problems.
• Lead proposal technical reviews (Blue Team Reviews) and participate in root cause analysis and PARRs.
• Achieve a 70% to 75% utilization goal by supporting projects.

• Active participant in ongoing technical working groups ( internally and externally).
• Subject Matter Expert or strong knowledge of a variety of physical/outdoor design concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
