Responsibilities- Drive development and implementation of a quality program within the business class to foster physical design technical growth for junior engineers.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide technical career path encouragement.
- Develop and maintain technical practices, standards and expectations to accomplish market sector visions and solve client problems.
- Lead proposal technical reviews (Blue Team Reviews) and participate in root cause analysis and PARRs.
- Achieve a 70% to 75% utilization goal by supporting projects.
- Active participant in ongoing technical working groups ( internally and externally).
- Subject Matter Expert or strong knowledge of a variety of physical/outdoor design concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
- 10 years of experience.
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
- Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
