• Serve as a go-to resource for guidance, technical insight, and leadership across the team
• Deliver hands‑on mentorship and constructive feedback that accelerates career growth

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure review feedback is effectively implemented

• Translate innovative ideas into formal standards that guide the firm’s design approach
• Lead integration ensure of these directives across projects

• Work closely with internal teams to diagnose and resolve critical project challenges
• Provide real‑time technical expertise to guide problem‑solving under pressure
• Document learnings and solutions to build a stronger, more resilient team knowledge base
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure solutions prevent future recurrence
