Travel Requirement: You will travel 50% of the time (≈ 26 weeks per year).
About the RoleCreate control databases, user interfaces, and set up control systems based on project specifications. Perform field startup, system commissioning, and provide on‑site and remote technical support to installersышлен and customers. Mentor junior team members in subject‑matter areas.
What You’ll Do- Develop programming logic using flow diagrams, sequences of operation, panel layouts, and project specifications.
- Program control applications with various software tools to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third‑party integration devices.
- Install software and control programs on‑site and remotely.
- Perform system checkout, commissioning, and testing to verify proper operation.
- Develop system user interfaces per project specifications.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support.
- Act as technical liaison between owners and construction managers.
- Deliver end‑user training on‑site and online.
- Conduct advanced system analysis and diagnostics, determining corrective actions.
- Coordinate system installation with contractors on‑site.
- Perform final walkthroughs with owners/construct managers to ensure punch‑list closure.
- Complete projects assigned by a Lead Application Engineer.
- Submit weekly timesheets with project hour breakdowns.
- Mentor Application Engineers—informal guidance”며 training.
- Lead by example and model company values.
Education & Experience
- Required bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering.######>li>
- Minimum two years of experience in Building Automation Controls, sales and/or account or project management.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Proficient understanding of controls and HVAC systems, terminology, and BAS/MEP drawings.
- Handles Tridium‑based tools and programming.
