WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Lead regional engineering performance across maintenance, reliability, CI, and automation
- Deliver key CAPEX projects – owning technical delivery and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites
- Act as the go-to technical expert – supporting root cause analysis, driving best practice, and solving complex site issues
- Mentor and coordinate a regional support team – enabling plant-level improvement and cross-site collaboration
- 7–10+ years in technical operations, maintenance, or engineering leadership
- Proven experience across multiple manufacturing or industrial sites
- Strong track record of delivering CAPEX or plant investment projects
- Expertise in reliability engineering, continuous improvement, and automation systems
