We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Engineer to develop necessary deliverables including engineering calculations, equipment sizing and selections, technical specifications, reports, cost estimates, and schedules for each project. The successful candidate will employ appropriate design methods to meet relevant standards, manage projects with high-quality work, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery to achieve target profitability and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with leadership on staffing and workload throughout entire project development.
• Conduct QA/QC of formal documents, ensuring accuracy of data, information, and calculations.
• Work directly with clients, communicating with promptness, care, and attention to detail.
• Assist in proposals, business development, and other marketing efforts as needed.

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering, specifically in wastewater and water systems.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Micro Station.
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems.
• Substantial technical skills in water or wastewater treatment plant design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Active engagement in professional and industry organizations.
• Working knowledge of technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN.

The role involves working with advanced software tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. The position is based in Nashville, TN, and requires a candidate who is either local or willing to relocate. The work environment emphasizes collaboration with clients and team members, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 – $85,000.00/yr.
